Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can! Please call us toll free at 800-289-2242. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm central time. If we miss you, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. It is helpful if you let us know what part of the country you are in, so we don’t call too early or late.

Can I make my purchase by check or money order?

Yes, you can call us to place your order. Those orders paid with a money order will ship the next business day after it is received. All orders paid with a check will be held until the check clears our bank which is about 2 weeks.

Is all your candy in-stock?

No, not always. We do our best to keep stock levels current, however with 1,000s of candies we have situations where our inventory is out of sync with our website. If this happens, we will contact you via email and ask if you would like to wait, substitute, or cancel.

How should I store my candy after purchase?

We suggest you store your candy in a cool room and out of any direct sunlight. Do not freeze, as this will cause a white film to appear on the chocolate. The candy will still taste the same- just not look the same.

What is the estimated shelf life of your various types of Candy?

Hard candy is 12+ months

Gummy candy is 6+ months

Chocolate candy is 4 months

Licorice products are 6 months

Taffy products are 6+ months

Popcorn and bakery products are 3 months

Many times candies are still fresh even past the Best By date on the wrappers.

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I save on a large order?

 Yes, we advise you to contact us via email at [email protected] to discuss any details.

What do I do if I have question?

You can email us 24/7 at [email protected]. Usually you will get an answer within 1 to 3 hours.  Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours as we have a high volume of emails on holidays.

How much does shipping cost / what is the cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are based on a variety of factors including product weight and the destination of the package. Through our partnership with FedEx, we have negotiated competitive rates and we pass our savings on to you.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept almost all major credit cards.

How can I order during the summer?

Hot Weather Alert: during the hot weather if you order chocolate or any item that melts, we will add a cooler and ice pack charge to your final shipping charges.  To minimize any damages, please select an expedited shipping method such as 2 day shipping.

What is your return policy?

Because we ship perishable food products that are perishable it is very difficult to accept returns; therefore, all sales are final. However, in some cases, you will have 24 hours from receipt of product to contact customer service to file a claim.  Such valid reasons include: receiving the product, receiving excess product.
